Description
Set up, onboard, and manage all of your Nebra Hotspots with the Nebra Hotspot app. Download the app, prepare your hotspot, and pair it via Bluetooth with just a few simple steps. This app is only compatible with the Nebra Helium Hotspots. Either import your existing Helium account on the app or create a new Helium wallet to get started.
Nebra is a Helium-approved manufacturer, providing several solutions for the Helium network, including an indoor and outdoor hotspot. These solutions offer miles of wireless network coverage enabling IoT devices (specifically LoRa/LoRaWAN devices) to utilise the network. Nebra is already working on the next generation of hotspots; a light hotspot and a 5G ready hotspot.

Unimpressed
App doesn’t even use the current Helium Wallet app for login (which we’re all required to migrate to) so, if the hotspot needs to be setup with any account other than the old helium app, your out of luck until Nebra stops slackin. In all fairness, this app did load on my iOS in January of 2023….
Compared to setup and basic operation prior to the new Helium Wallet app (didn’t rely on manufacturers) setup seems to be a headache and I’m moderately tech-savvy. I would give Nebra zero of five stars. Thumbs down and I would highly discourage the use of Nebra for all future Helium endeavors. Not reliable and likely to fail / close due to poor company operations. Choose a long term company that won’t die before you do.
Worst app made from the worst company ever created
The app is trash, the company is trash. Took 2 YEARS for my paperweight(Nebra hotspot) to arrive. And when it finally arrived, I had to use Bobcat’s Bobber app to actually get it to connect to the network because this app just gets hung up on the “Connecting to Network” screen. Honestly wish I would have refused delivery of the miner and took them to small claims court. Unacceptable that this company is still able to be in business after the atrocity of their delivery of a purchased product. If you’re thinking about purchasing one of these hotspots, DON’T!!!
Does not work.
This app is useless brought to you by a useless company. It has been a fight every step of the way and now that they finally get you the product you ordered you have to use this app to set it up but yet the app doesn’t work. Thanks.
